I am a bit upset at the use of discovered information (hypothermia), no matter how it was discovered, as an analogy to the use of a product. The information about hypothermia exists whether anyone discovered it or not. Therefore, using that information does not connect us to any sin that was committed in the discovery. The cell lines that are being used for vaccines are not something that exists outside of their creation. Using those cell lines automatically leads to the idea that we need them and that could easily give way to the idea that more should be created. Jimmy says the only difference is that one of the atrocities is still going on. However, that is only part of it.
